PatronBase is focused on providing performance based booking systems to arts organisations. Since its initial installation at the Court Theatre in 1998, PatronBase has continued to grow and develop based on the feedback from box office and management staff across the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland

We work closely with arts organisations across the world to provide a solution that has at its core a single database- the PatronBase database -  using Microsoft SQL Server  which then connects appropriately to other applications to form a powerful linked information infrastructure.

It’s about more than just ticketing

The focus of the database is on the Patron, however a large amount of functionality in the modules are related to tickets, memberships, donations and other relationships your Patrons have with you.
The PatronBase core booking system provides all the tools needed to manage and sell seat inventory, and includes a central data store that facilitates easy view of customer profiles, and the provision of valuable management information.
