At PatronBase, we’re passionate about keeping up to date with the latest trends, technologies and standards.
We encourage continuing development for our team, including formal qualifications such as degree apprenticeships, conferences and industry training. We’re a member of a number of industry bodies including the Arts Marketing Association, and regularly sponsor conferences and events. We’re also regular speakers at industry events, including such topics as facial recognition, breaking down silos for a more cohesive organisation and introducing CRM to organisations new to the concept.
We participate in a wide range of industry forums and initiatives. Recently this includes the Attitude Is Everything Ticketing Without Barriers Coalition and an industry-wide GDPR / Data Protection forum arranged by the Audience Agency.
We find our position in the global PatronBase community to be invaluable – meeting with international colleagues weekly helps us keep abreast of emerging trends around the world.
We collaborate closely with our customers, taking feedback on future needs directly via partnership management or via our online forum. Where a strand of work is planned, we often collaborate closely with individual customers or form small working groups of customers to guide the development of new features.
Finally, there’s no substitute for experience – the majority of our team have first-hand experience of working in the industry, and we encourage creativity and innovation – following our team’s instincts has led to some great additions to our suite of products and features. We design the tools we’d use.
