Partnership and Community

Working in partnership with our community of users

With our head office in Bradford, and staff working from the office as well as remotely all over the UK, PatronBase has been supporting organisations across the UK for over 12 years, serving over 300 attractions, venues and festivals worldwide.

Our UK team bring a wealth of experience across the arts and heritage industry, including conferences, ticketing, marketing, education and events, allowing us to provide real insight into how to make the most of the PatronBase suite of products for your organisation. As part of the global PatronBase family, we collaborate closely and draw on the expertise of a wider team of colleagues in New Zealand, Australia, the US and Spain, learning from experience and sharing best practice nationally and internationally.

The organisations we support are all unique. The majority are in the arts and cultural sector and operate events of some form. Many operate admissions – perhaps to a heritage attraction, exhibitions or providing guided tours. More than half undertake some form of fundraising, and most use one or more other aspects of the platform including classes or workshops, venue hire, EPOS and memberships. In size, they range from a few thousand to a few hundred thousand tickets per year, and in profile from local to international reputation.

What they have in common, and where we are at our best, is that the organisations we support tend to be varied – undertaking a wide range of activities, which can make wide use of the power and flexibility of PatronBase as a platform. Our role is to support that individuality, helping organisations like you to build an audience your way.

Additionally, all PatronBase users have the opportunity to communicate with each other online via our User Community Form. This is a safe space to discuss all things unique to your organisation, share ideas and learn from each other. Aspects of our development programme often comes from suggestions from users’ discussions in the forum.
